A privately operated beach park on county land along Hwy 105 W, with kayak rentals and event spaces.
Formerly Lake Conroe Park, the site closed in January 2024 and reopened in 2025 as Lake Conroe Beach Park. It is privately operated on county land, not a City of Conroe park. Entry is by park pass. The park lists a beach, kayak rentals, pavilions, cabanas, a food truck village and event rentals. Alcohol, boats, jet skis, pets and glass are not allowed.
